Spinoza

Spinoza never said: there is no God. He said Nature equals God. And everything about Nature (the flow of events) was meant to be, ‘cause for that matter Nature travels via cause and effect. (this is a highly sophisticated process, not by man to be unraveled in a lazy afternoon). So, it is what it is. Reality = real.  Try not to add so many emotions and make a whole storyline. This will only cloud reality. Learn to watch.  Be aware of your own judgment about reality. Then secondly choose your reaction to the events accordingly.  What is “needed” by this context. Queen Elisabeth often says in “the Crown”: “Doing nothing is often the best strategy one can choose”. The eastern philosophy calls it  WU WEI. (knowing when to act and when not to act, or acting by not acting)

Is our interference necessary?

You can ask a question, if you think you must act… A question (when correctly asked – no hidden judgment etc.) an open question stimulates self-searching. Brings the other person or yourself to a more profound understanding of Self and Surroundings in the moment.  You can make a series of events a little easier with a bit of humor. With a joke a brighter vision can arise from a depressive atmosphere.  Delete ignorance in an instant.  But it is all about timing, otherwise it can get awkward.

And what else? Help people endure life events and share love whenever you can.
